Group Shot List

Please list any specific group shots required below.

Be sure to include the names of individuals and their relationship to you – this will help with re-ordering if needed.

Guidelines: While there is no limit to the number of group shots you can request, I recommend keeping it to a maximum of 5–6 smaller group shots. This allows enough time for the documentary-style photography coverage that captures the natural moments of your day. Typically, 5–6 small group shots will take around 20 minutes. If you opt for one large group shot, it could take up to 20 minutes on its own. Please note that a higher number of groups or larger group sizes could extend the total time to around 45 minutes.

If possible, please nominate one or more members of your wedding party to assist in gathering people for group photos.

Please note that most natural storytelling images from the reception are captured during this time, and may be missed if time is spent posing formal groups.
