I have captured many a Colshaw Hall wedding over the years. A local venue to me, Colshaw Hall is a family run Grade II listed building on the outskirts of Knutsford, Cheshire. This spectacular Tudor style manor hall features high ceilings, beautiful décor and large windows. With intimate rooms (seating a maximum of 30 each) – it offers a grand setting for your wedding.
“Adam, absolutely incredible, we can’t thank you enough. The pictures are more than we could ever imagine.” Hannah and John, married at Colshaw Hall

Larger ceremonies an take place in the modern ‘stables ceremony room’, with space for up to 180 guests and views over the Japanese garden and miniature lake

The Peel Suite (named after the Peel family that built the hall in 1903), is the perfect setting for your wedding breakfast and reception, with a 200 person capacity. Gardens to the rear of the Peel Suite offer a stunning setting for a relaxing reception with drinks and canapes and perfefct backdrop for a few group photographs.
In addition to accommodation in the main house, you can hire cottages for upto 14 guests. A total of 28 guests can stay over – allowing the wedding party to crash close to the action after a day of partying!

View some images from Hannah and John’s wedding at Colshaw hall in the slideshow below. If you are getting married, and would like to discuss my wedding photography, and how I capture the story of the day without staging moments, please do get in touch.
