With log fires, and immaculately landscaped gardens, it is perfect for both summer and winter weddings.

Visited by King James I, William Shakespeare, J.M.W. Turner and Charles Dickens, it is a wedding venue steeped in history, with character in every corer. Perfect for wedding receptions, and ceremonies, the grand hall is a spectacular venue for your wedding breakfast.

The Tudor Gardens, Wilderness Lawn and Rose Garden with ornate stone fountain provide a perfect backdrop for your dap. Clipped yews lead to the ramparts, castellated walls and fairytale turret with commanding views across Lancashire, the Lake District and North Wales.
