Oddfellows on the Park Wedding

Amy and Marks wedding at Oddfellows at the park was my first visit to this beautifully restored building. Despite being only 10 minutes from my Cheadle Hulme home! Located in Bruntwood park, Cheshire (which I often visited as a kid, collecting conkers and walking our dog “Wembley”), it was great to be in such familiar surroundings for this special day.

Oddfellows on the park is set inside a lovely Victorian manor houses with 22 rooms and high end restaurant. The decor inside is something else, full of character! It’s at the heart of Bruntwood Park with wonderful vistas of mature parkland. Guests look out on 120 acres of lawn, woodland and streams.

Amy prepared in one of the amazing bedroom suites, whilst Mark and the guests arrived. The ceremony took place in the Palour rooms. Mark (and their gorgeous black Labrador) waited patiently at the aisle, greeting Amy before the beautiful ceremony. The weather was typical of Manchester, and a little bit of rain limited the drinks reception to inside, but that didn’t stop anyone having the perfect day.

In the evening, it was just awesome to watch table magician Brad doing his thing, he had the guests amazed with his mind reading and close up magic. Then it was time for one heck of a party!

Some of my favourite documentary images from the day below. If you are planning an Oddfellows on the Park wedding, get in touch to chat about how I can capture your story.

I can honestly say your photos are beautiful. They captured our day so perfect. Adam caught our day perfectly! When we received our photos; myself and my now husband, relived our whole day! The photos brought our day back to life all over again! He didn’t just take photos, he captured the love, laughter and magic of our day and we couldn’t be happier.
