Sandhole oak barn Wedding venue is a stunning setting, set in 6 acres of Cheshire countryside it looks out over a magnificent lake. The barn makes the most of the beautiful surroundings, with large windows overlooking the lake and a terrace for guests to enjoy the view. Available for weddings with or without a civil ceremony and will seat up to 150 guests.
This unique wedding venue has been built to a traditional design. With mellow oak beams that are impressive in the style of a medieval barn. New oak has been used extensively throughout. Impressive wrought iron cartwheel chandeliers and wall lights have been sourced locally. Sandhole Oak Barn can provide overnight accommodation for the wedding couple and their guests in the restored Stables, the oldest part of which is about 300 years. With the on site accommodation, it’s easy for the coupe to get ready on site, ensuring a stress free morning (and a convenient way to get photographs of you both getting ready for the day!)
As a local photographer, I’ve documented many Sandhole Oak barn weddings over the years, from hot summer weddings to cosy winter days. Take a look at some images below, and a slideshow from a Sandhole Oak Barn Wedding.
“We absolutely adore the photos – they have brought back all our happy memories and also really helped us to remember specific moments. It is so amazing that you have captured so much in such a short period of time, and that for the vast majority of the shots we didn’t know you were even there! ……Thank you again!! Thank you thank you thank you!!” Steph + Ed – married at Sandhole Oak Barn
