A hands on street Photography course teaching you
how to get killer street images.
My Manchester street photography course is a 1 day intense workshop in the city centre.
I’ve been shooting street photography across the world for a a number of years and will be sharing how I achieve my images and providing practical help to capture life on the streets.
Limited to 6 participants, it will be a combination of group work and at least 1 hour 1:1 with each attendee.
The day starts with coffee and an hour of tips / advice, before hitting the streets. Shooting together you will learn how I look for images, remain ready for unexpected moments and produce creative images.
My style of street photography can not be done in large groups. It’s about waiting for moments, and remaining unobtrusive (much like wedding photography!). Therefore numbers are limited to 5 people. I spend a minimum of 1 hour 1:1 shooting with each attendee. At the end of the day, we meet for a beer and feedback on the day.
You will be invited to a private facebook groups, here you can upload your street images for review and feedback and share projects / street images with the group.
We will cover…
*Gear + how to use it
*Shooting unobtrusively
*Never missing a shot
*Reactive vs proactive of street photography
*Street projects / themes
*Seeking locations
*When to shoot
* How I achieved some of my favourite street shots
