Astrid + James. Day 1

Earlier in the summer I jetted to France for 2 days of wedding celebrations with Astrid and James. Taking place in Astrid’s hometown of Le Croisic, a beautiful seaside town around 1 hour outside Nantes, this really was a spectacular setting for the weekends fun! Friday saw close friends and family witness the legal ceremony followed by relaxed drinks and oysters in Astrid’s parents back garden. The sun was shining and the atmosphere was perfect as I mingled with guests and sipped some champagne.  🙂

As the day drew later, everyone strolled to the coast for a a spectacular meal at l’ocean. Speeches, fine food and fine wine took place before I headed to my hotel to back-up and catch my beauty sleep for the main event the next day. A few guests stayed out in Le Croisic until the early hours partying, but everyone looked fresh in the morning!
