Built in 1908, the building has a very interesting history, including  use by Winston Churchill’s crack espionage unit, the Special Operations Executive during World War II

With 9 bedrooms allowing the wedding party to spend the night in the house, you don’t have far to travel to and from the party! Poundon House is also ideally located, just over an hour away from London and Birmingham, it ensures your guests do not have to far to travel, whatever area of the UK they travel from 🙂

Upto 250 guests can be accommodated in the large marquee, and ceremonies can take place outside on the marquee terrace in summer. Or in the spectacular “yellow room” or “dining room” inside the house if required
