Browsholme Hall wedding : Siobhan + Neil
“Adam I bloody love you!!!!!!
what a wonderful present to come home from honeymoon to! It’s just amazing… I honestly can’t find the words… I’m watching it on repeat and Neil is dancing round the house to the song! Captures the day perfectly and better than I ever could have imagined!! You even got a graceful crying shot!
Thank you thank you thank you!!!! We love it!!!!!”
They say that rain on your wedding day brings good fortune. Neil and Siobhan definitely have a long and bright future together then! As if on cue, the heavens opened just as Father Ged signalled for the wedding march to begin and for the happy couple and congregation to leave the impressive St Peter’s church at Stonyhurst College in Lancashire. It did not rain, it poured, and drew a collective gasp from the wedding party as in unison they turned to see what had created the thunderous din that enveloped the church. As you can imagine, there was then some hesitation by the guests to leave the safety of the church but the beaming bride and groom did not seem to notice or care as they stepped out to make the dash to the VW Camper Van waiting to take them to Tithe barn at Browsholme hall for the reception.
Here, the celebrations began, with great food (the guests particularly raved about the dessert!), lots of laughter, obviously the best man’s speech, and even tears as the bride’s father delivered a self-written poem for his daughter. Siobhan and Neil enjoyed every minute and so did everyone else. It was an absolute pleasure to document their day and, for me, the weather lent itself perfectly to juxtapose the complete joy that radiated from the happy couple (and obviously provided a dramatic backdrop for photos 😉 ).
Some of my favorite Brownsholme Hall wedding images from the day below…

Wonderful photos, Adam. Rain may not be good for weddings, but it is great for photography!
