Katie and Tom – Chester home wedding

I’m just missing Katie and Tom’s 3rd wedding anniversary with this post, an amazing Chester home wedding back in 2019! I’m so pleased to be able to finally share some images from the day in Cheshire.

Katie got ready at the beautiful Grosvenor Hotel in the centre of Chester, I’d never visited this iconic building before, and was not let down my the stunning setting. Once ready Katie headed to the picturesque St James’ Church for a beautiful ceremony. One of my favourite frames from the day is Tom’s mum taking to them both through the window of the very cool (but very tiny) fiat 500 just outside the church after the confetti had been thrown.

The reception / party took place at Katies parents Chester home, Katie’s Sister had also celebrated her wedding at same house some years before, so everyone knew how perfect the setting for a Chester home wedding would be. Katie’s mum has worked super hard to make the garden stunning, and it really was! 

With family over from the USA, Australia and Mexico, it was an international affair, with everyone coming together for one hell of a celebration. Dancing the night away to the amazing Drum n’Brass. It was a true pleasure to document the day, a few of my favourite storytelling frames below…
